This is a picture of the Malvern hills looking out towards British camp from the Beacon. We've had a really dry warm spell which has been so good after the long winter.

The bluebells have now dissapeared from the hills to be replaced with lots of bracken!
Sheep have been shorn and everything is growing really fast.

Just when you thought it was safe to take your winter coat off ready to get some sun on your arms, it had to be replaced by a mac because of the ash falling from the skies!
Well, although that is not a serious suggestion, the weather does alternate between warm and cold and the sheepskin slipper season is not over yet!

I now have to say I was wrong, it wasn't spring in the air it was snow!
Here is a picture of the Malven hills bathing in snow and sunlight this morning.

Although its dull and misty it's still great outdoors. There's a stillness in the air as if we are waiting for something, spring is not far away.
We are, by all accounts, in for some more snow. I feel as if I have had enough of the stuff along with many others!
Have a look at our sheepskin slippers socks, they are great to relax your feet in plus they are machine washable and will help you through to the summer.

I can usually tell the day Autumn arrives but this year I couldn't. I must have been out the back counting sheepskin slippers and it crept up on me.
The leaves on the trees are starting to change colour and the few on the ground are crisp to walk on.
I heard someone say 'I want the sun and warm back', well so do I but it's no good for selling slippers!
If there could be a 'God of slippers' and all other slippers bowed down to them, it must be the soft soled bootie slippers. They are from New Zealand and are so comfortable, easy to put on and off and can, like all other sheepskin slippers, be worn all year round.
