Returns and refunds
Damaged or faulty
All items are inspected before posting out. If your goods arrived damaged or are faulty, you must inform us by e-mail or telephone first and then return them within 10 days of receiving them. We will refund the full amount plus postal charges incurred.
Items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached and packed securely.
Please insure you have adequate insurance cover as Coolsheepskin cannot be held responsible for lost packages returned to us.

Unhappy with the product
If you are unhappy with the product, inform us by e-mail or telephone first, and then return the goods to us for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached and packed securely.

Exchange
If you want to change the size please return and we will send out the required size.

Making a purchase
We accept credit card and debit card payments.
If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
