Making A Purchase Payment We accept credit card payments. If your goods arrived damaged or are faulty, you must inform us by e-mail or telephone first and then return them within 10 days of receiving them. We will refund the full amount plus postal charges incurred. If you are unhappy with the product, inform us by e-mail or telephone first, and then return the goods to us for a refund. Return carriage charges may still be incurred. For all other returns, the original cost of postage will be deducted from the refund plus £2.50 administration fee.
