Delivery

Delivery is free on orders over £75.00

All orders will be sent with a Royal Mail Tracked service except for large rugs, coats, gilets and car seat covers where delivery will be with either DPD or Fedex.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked from £2.99 - £3.60
Royal Mail 24 Tracked from £3.60 – £4.50
Royal Mail Special Delivery from £7.15

Royal Mail 48 Tracked 2 - 3 working days but occasionally can be longer. End to end tracking with predicted day and estimated time of delivery by sms and or/email. Online delivery confirmation with GPS map. 
Tracking information will be automatically sent to you via email and/or text message depending on whether you provided an email address and/or mobile number. You will receive tracking shortly after your order is scanned at the Royal Mail depot. 

Royal Mail 24 Tracked  1 - 2 days delivery but occasionally can be longer. End to end tracking with predicted day and estimated time of delivery by sms and or/email. Online delivery confirmation with GPS map.

Royal Mail Special delivery Delivered next working day before 1pm if ordered before 1pm the previous working day. If ordered on a Friday delivery will be on Monday.

Tracking information will be automatically sent to you via email and/or text message depending on whether you provided an email address and/or mobile number. You will receive tracking shortly after your order is dispatched.

DPD and Fedex - Normally next working day except during very busy periods for example, Christmas and very cold spells.

Europe 

We use the Royal Mail's 'International tracked and signed' service to deliver most of our International orders but for larger items we use Parcelforce or DPD. Delivery is 3 - 5 working days approximately but because of the pandemic delivery has taken longer. 

Import duty and tax may be payable on goods. This is the customers responsibility to pay.

Not Going To Be In?
Royal Mail

If you are not in when Royal Mail arrive with your parcel, they should leave a 'something for you' card and you can log on and arrange a re-delivery or collect from your local Post Office with the reference number found on the card.

You can nominate a safe place or a neighbour to leave parcels with.

From the end of September 2022, if there is no recipient in to accept your parcel(s), Royal Mail may choose to deliver them to a safe place location at the address, if our postman or postwoman deems that location to be suitable. In that case, we will also leave a "Something For You" card explaining where the parcel(s) is located. If we are unable to find a suitable safe place and cannot deliver to a neighbour, we will return your parcel(s) to our local Royal Mail Customer Service Point and leave a "Something For You" card at the address.

Delivery Detail

We try to dispatch goods on the day of ordering if the order is received before 12 noon. This is on working days.
On Saturday the order has to be received before 9am.

The delivery times stated are an indication only.
If the delivery terms are exceeded, then you are not entitled to any damages. If there is a delay, we will keep you informed of the expected delivery date, and if the delay turns into an unreasonable amount of time that you are expected to wait for your order, then we will offer you the option to cancel and have a refund.
